Super White Sangria
PB Passion
is not only a unique table and cocktail wine, but it makes a great base for white sangria. Try this festive libation as created and served by the Parkhouse Eatery.

Super White Sangria
Makes 8 10 oz. servings

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (750ml) San Pasqual's PB Passion Passionfruit Wine
- 1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate (use half of 12 ounce can)
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) light rum
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) Triple Sec
- 1 can (14 - 15 oz.) pineapple tidbits/chunks packed in their own juice
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1 pint bottle (16 oz.) of Sprite or 7-Up or any lemon lime soda (or for a less sweet version any sparkling water or soda water)
   
Directions:
1 In a 1 gallon pitcher, combine the wine, frozen lemonade, rum, triple sec and pineapple pieces with their juice.
2 Dice the apple and add to the mix. Stir thoroughly and then refrigerate covered for two hours minimum (the longer the better).

Before serving, stir in the 7-Up/sparkling water. If you're just serving a glass or two just add a couple ounces to each cup.

4 Serve over ice, in wine glasses garnished with strawberries and orange slices or pineapple wedges if you're so inclined before you get quite reclined.
