The palate displays black cherry, clove, dusty truffle, leather, black pepper and spice, followed by sweet tobacco on the finish. 55% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 4% Cabernet Franc.

A San Pasqual Winery favorite, our Petit Verdot enlightens the senses with a bouquet of cherry, violet, vanilla and plum on the nose, followed by cranberry, blackberry and vanilla on the palate, accompanied by a moderate black tea finish..

This Rioja-style Tempranillo tantalizes the nose with notes of bright cherry, cocoa, plum and dark strawberry. This is followed by a complex blend of vanilla, cola, anise and black tea on the palate with a lingering black pepper and plum finish.

Lovely dark chocolate, date and vanilla on the nose, accompanied by a smoky, cocoa, fig palate with a velvety black pepper, currant finish. 

This ruby colored Bordeaux style blend presents with smoky leather, tobacco and
black cherry on the nose. On the palate notes of dark fruit, cherry cola and black
tea follow through to a long satisfying finish. This wine will pair well with
peppered salami, bleu and pecorino cheeses and fatty meats.
