The “Breakfast Wine of Spain.” This light straw colored, crisp and refreshing wine has aromas of honeysuckle and citrus. Citrus zest, stone fruit , tropical fruit and Asian pear and a bright acidity are noted on the palate. Pairs beautifully with pecorino cheese, scallops and mango chutney.
